Hello.
My Versa smartwatch is locked and writing on the display " unlock with your phone " . But the smartwatch disappeared in Fitbit and I need to enter PIN code, but I cannot see in smartwatch because it locked.
Help me please.

I am also receiving the same message.
I let my daughter wear it to bed, as she just wanted to wear it. Ever since then, Fitbit locked me out of the Versa2, and haven't been able to get back in. I've tried everything. Even app once again asking for PIN but can't get into the watch, and can't factory reset. If anyone has any idea how to help, I would appreciate it. The manual has no direction on this.
