Versa randomly displays logo screen and I have to manually restart 3-4 times a day..

About a week ago my Versa started displaying the logo screen. I don't notice until I look down to check my watch. Unfortunately, nothing will track until I restart by holding the left and right top buttons but I don't know it's doing it until I check my watch. Please help!

Have you tried a shutdown of the Versa? 

Swipe to settings, About, Shutdown. 

 

Of this doesn't work, tap on your picture(top right.) then tap contact Fitbit.
