I've been using my Versa for about 1.5 years. Last night it just randomly went off while I was wearing it. I have read everything on how to restart it and nothing has worked. It's seems to be dead. The battery was at around 80% when it just went dark.
I have used the charger, done the reset, deleted the app, reinstalled, attempted to re-pair, pretty much everything that has been suggested. There's been no reaction or response.
I see there's a firmware update. Might that have something to do with it? Again, I can't do the update because it won't go on. Not sure what's left to do as I can't seem to just email anyone directly about this so to the forums I go.
My mobile syncing device is a LG V30+.

I would recommend that going forward, people just stay away from the smartwatches from Fitbit. It seems there was a real material defect with it that didn't kick in until months after its first use.
The amount of people posting on this thread even took me by surprise. Mine was a gift (and yes, the person who got it for me wasn't happy), which is why I decided to buy a Lite version. I might just cancel the order because more posts keep coming up.
I'll look into the Inspire HR. Hopefully that doesn't have issues. I had a Flex and it still works so maybe the issue is their smartwatches just aren't well made.
