Versa reading too high heart rate

I have had my Versa for about 8 1/2 months and have loved it. However, last weekend it started reading my heart rate really high all the time. I have not changed how I wear it or the band. I have restarted it several times and have done a factory reset and it has not helped. I am very disappointed. I got a fitbit smartwatch because I had been using a fitbit one for years and never had any problems. This problem has made my smartwatch pretty much just a watch now.
