Has anyone else has issues with the HR sensor reading ridiculously high since they updated their watch? My battery isn't lasting hardly a full day either from a full charge.

@Tiffanie, I'm sorry for the late response. However, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community.
Regarding the heart rate and battery issues that your Versa experienced, I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via chat. I'm so glad to hear that a solution was provided and you will be back on track with a replacement unit soon.
As a side note, I'd like to invite you to visit our Discussions board where you can share your experiences, meet people and create new topics.
Hope to see you in our Fitbit Community more often.

How did you fix this? I just got a new band after a couple months of not wearing it and now I put it on and it starts at 70, which I know is too high for me and shoots up to over 100 and I am just sitting here? Similar issue?

I am having same issue where the heart rate is way too high when I am just sitting. I reset the watch to factory settings and still the heart rate is not accurate.

I ended up contacting Fitbit and they sent me a replacement watch because the update they had pushed back in January basically killed the watch. After doing this my watch stopped working completely.

I started having the same problem but called and after following all the steps it’s completely not working at all & stuck on the logo. Now I’m told it’s out of warranty and have to buy a new one. That is not what I expected since it was working fine yesterday other than not holding a charge as long.
