Hi @Valeriehough, due to the recent events, I apologize for the delayed response. However, let me welcome you to our Fitbit Community.
I'd like to follow up and help you with your Fitbit Versa since it reads high heart rate data. Please restart your Versa as described in this help article. After this, monitor your watch for the next 24 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.
Keep me posted on the outcome.

Hi @JuanJoFitbit ,thank you for coming back to me. I did do all of the above mentioned and have been monitoring it but still nothing has changed.
I still have a high heart rate reading.
What to do?

Check below
1) Is there a constant red LED on back of your versa ? If yes your watch is broken.
2) Is the green LED bright on the back panel than before ?
3) Can you turn off the LEDs by switching off continuous heart rate tracking ?
If answer is yes to any of the above, your watch is gone ! It will now start losing battery quickly too

Hi
1) No constant red light.
2)Yes green light is definitely brighter than before.
3)No,if I switch off heart rate on watch green light is still active.
