As the title says, this has happened a few times now. I thought that maybe was i was doing some movements my wrist was pushing the button, but not it's not. Changed the face just in case it was  a problem with it. The watch just reboot, it keeps my workout progress though but it's annoying when it happens. Any ideas? Thank you

Happened to me too this morning.  Really happens pretty often but usually I'm vigilant about looking at the screen to catch it.  Not today - got to the end of my hour workout only to discover the black screen.  It logged most of the length of my workout in the app, but not the 5K-something steps & 300-something calories burned.  I do the same workouts regularly, and I work out every day.  Reached out to support & I can't even get them to do a one time adjustment for me.

Their answer is my software was out of date.  I finally found this on the app but why don't they send notifications or emails about this?  Anyway, just to be safe, keep an eye on your fitbit while exercising.  I don't trust it.

Thanks for the reply, how did you update the software on your watch? When was that exactly? Thanks

I went into the app & clicked on my device.  That's where it told me to update - I would have thought I'd get some kind of notification or email or something, it wasn't super obvious.  Hope that helps!

I am having the same problem unfortunately. 😞 Almost always turns off during a workout. I too thought it was something I did or if I hit it, but now it's turning off multiple times a day randomly. Sounds like lots of others are having similar problems. My firmware is up to date. Not sure what's going on. I only got my Versa in December.

Thanks for the reply but my firmware seems to be up to date.Maybe it's just a bug, I was given the watch (no new) so I can't really complained. The good thing is that it saves the data up to the time it reboots and as I have my music on the watch, the music stops too, so that is my queue to know it is happening. Yes annoying when you are right into a workout, as you have to stop and restart everything, but maybe Fitbit will come with a fix in the next update

Mine has been doing that, too. It happened a week after I updated. Now, its just a brick. Fitbit basically said Im out of luck bc Im out of warranty. They offered me a 25% off coupon, which is what the normal sale price is.

Update: I found out that the fitbit will stop when a particular song was being played. Since i have removed the song from the playlist, it has not stopped once. Strange but hopefully it may help somebody else
