@Miavanlill Does it happen during a particular type of workout? For example, GPS-enabled one like run? Or does it happen no matter the type of the exercise? Have you tried performing a factory reset (restoring the tracker to factory defaults)? This will wipe your Versa, so please sync first. You will also need to delete your tracker from your Paired Devices list in your phone Bluetooth settings. You can perform factory reset by going to Settings on your Versa, scrolling down to About and tapping Factory Reset. Once Versa resets to factory defaults, you will need to set it up again by adding it as a replacement device in the Fitbit mobile app. Good luck!

Hi, i did one workout with my bluetooth headset using Deezer and it again rebooted.

I then did two workouts without using Deezer and the headset and it did not reboot.

Wonder how the Deezer application or bluetooth headset affects the Versa?

@Miavanlill Perhaps you could try the workout using deezer but with a different bluetooth audio device? Just to see what triggers this reboot. Your earbuds or deezer. At the end of the day, you may have to restore the tracker to factory defaults (perform a factory reset). This will wipe your Versa, so please sync first. You will also need to delete your tracker from your Paired Devices list in your phone Bluetooth settings. You can perform factory reset by going to Settings on your Versa, scrolling down to About and tapping Factory Reset. Are you using Deezer on your fitbit at the same time?

I am having the exact same issue, also started a few weeks ago. Fitbit just stops the exercise, and when you restart Deezer and the exercise, Fitbit keeps on rebooting.  Only when i stopped playing Deezer entirely, to concentrate on my run, did the Fitbit stay on. Makes me think it has to be a Deezer/Fitbit issue. All started after the last few updated. Was working just fine before that.
