Versa receives old notifications when turning on my phone

I’m terrible about clearing out old notifications on my versa. So I typically have prob 25 notifications saved on my watch at any given time. When I shut down my iPhone 8, and then power it back on, my versa starts buzzing every 2 seconds and displays each old notification as if I were just receiving them for the first time. It’s mostly just an annoyance for me, but I’m sure it’s wearing down the battery each time it buzzes. Just something I wish Fitbit could fix. Does this happen to anyone else or just me? My blaze never did this.

@TikiMom It's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your old notifications appear on your Versa after you turn on your phone. Please try the following steps in order to correct this issue: restart your Versa as described in this help article. Once you've done this, set up your tracker as a new device and see if the issue gets fixed.
