I can get call notifications and notifications from applications....but I can't get my text notifications. Help!

@KRaeLamb welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it's not receiving text notifications.

 

I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After trying those steps, monitor the notifications and see if the issue gets fixed.
