I have had my versa for a couple of weeks now and aside from the present strava syncing issue, everything has been great.
However, the last few days my watch has been vibrating whenever I receive notifications even when my phone is on mute.
All the settings in the fitbit app are correct to say that I shouldn't receive them when it is on mute. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
For reference, I have a Samsung Galaxy S6

Hey @WickyD988, I hope you are doin' great! If you have the latest version of the Fitbit app on your Android (2.71) which has the new option in your Notifications Settings that reads "Vibration Settings," where you can toggle on/off if you want to receive notifications when your phone is set to Do not disturb or Silent mode, and you have it off, but you still getting notifications, I suggest you to try the following:
- Log out/log in to your Fitbit account
- Reboot the Bluetooth on your phone
- Reboot your phone
- Toggle on that option and sync your Versa; then turn it off and sync again
Let me know how it goes!
