Versa recorded a Walk as Outdoor bike

Hi,

My Versa is tracking all the recent walks I've done as outdoor bike activities. And then when I try to change it to walk it doesn't save the change. Not sure this is a bug or actually an actual issue with the system.

Could anyone support me on this?

Thanks,

Helder

Hello @helderfilipov, I hope you're doing well, thanks for joining the Fitbit Community. Smiley Happy

I appreciate you have brought this to my attention. Please note that ouur engineering team is currently investigating this issue.

In the meantime, I'd like to suggest to start the Walking activity from your Versa by tapping on the "Exercise" app, turning off or adjusting SmartTrack settings for outdoor biking. For more information about adjusting SmartTrack settings, please see the following article: What should I know about SmartTrack

Now, as you mentioned you've tried to categorize the activities as "Walk" but the changes are not being saved, please force-quit the app on your phone, open it and try to categorize them again.

I hope this can be helpful, if there's anything else I can do for you, please feel free to reply.

There should be a way to just click on "bike" and change it to "walk" manually.
