Spent most of my day with customer support trying to fix a glich they are already aware of. The BPM is grossly inaccurate as is the calorie burn. They walked me through a restart. Then a factory reset, no change. I was told they are working on a fix but, no idea when that will be. If these counts are important to you as it is to me....buyer beware! Needless to say I am NOT happy.

Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback about the Versa, and our Support Team. I see where are you coming from, and I'm sorry that you're going through this situation. Our team is aware about the discrepancy experienced by some of our users, and they're working on this to identify a solution as soon as possible.
As you may know, the heart rate may be affected by movement, temperature, humidity, stress level, personal physiology and location of wear. In the meantime, I'd recommend to check our help article that includes some tips to improve its accuracy. Also, try turning off and on the heart rate settings from your Versa to refresh this feature.
