I how can my c25k & Versa be so off in what I run. I set both to start at the same time & when c25k says I am finished my 5K( I even ran an extra 5 minutes) & I end my time on my Versa it always says I have not even ran 3 miles- anybody else have any issues with this? How can my c25k say I finished my 5K & Fitbit Versa say I only ran 2.22 miles?

Hello @SunsetRunner, I hope you're doing well, it's nice to see you around. Smiley Happy

I appreciate you have brought this to my attention. Tell me, are you using the Exercise tile when tracking your runs? If so, have you paused the run at some point? Does the Versa connects to GPS before you start running? Is the map showing correctly at the end of the exercise?

I will appreciate if you can reply to me with this information so I can assist you further. Additionally, a screenshot of your exercises will be very helpful as well.

Thanks for your patience and understanding, I'll be waiting for your reply.

The c25k app doesn’t necessarily have you running 5k, it’s 30 minutes. So if you are a relatively slow runner and run a 40 min 5k, for example, then your app and Fitbit won’t match up. Does that make sense?
