Versa recording pace and distance during non mileage exercises. (Pilates, etc.)

Hi,

My Versa is recording pace and distance during non mileage exercises, (Pilates, standard Workout mode etc.), which in that context is total nonsense.

I’ve just upgraded to the versa from the charge 2, and this is a total dealbreaker for me. I was trying to decide between versa and apple, and chose versa because I love the Fitbit app and the community on there. Now when i go

to post an exercise all that shows is pace and distance which means nothing at all when you’re doing Pilates or a circuit training class. All that shows when you try to upload a exercise stats to the Fitbit app are pace and distance, (my Pilates pace was 00.00, and distance 0.12 - neither of which are relevant to the exercise). The charge 2 would show calories burned, HR, etc, relevant stuff.

I’ve seen other people post about the same problem, with no resolution. Im going to need to know that there is a resolution to this problem otherwise I’m going to have to return the watch as it’s not performing adequately.

Please help Fitbit admin. @MarcoGFitbit, you e been helpful with a previous issue, I’m wondering if you could possibly shed some light on this? Maybe this can be fixed in settings?

Kind regards,

Stacey
