Since getting the new versa my sleep is not been tracked correctly. It is divided into 2 sections and I have lost an hour. How do I rectify this. Many thanks

Hello @Eamilne, thanks for joining the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board.
I appreciate you have brought this to my attention. At this moment I would like to ask you to restart your Versa by pressing and holding the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. Then, go to your device Settings in the online Dashboard. Check your sleep setting, if it's set to Sensitive, change it to Normal. If it's already set to Normal, change it to Sensitive and save the changes, then change it back to Normal and save the changes again.
After that, use your tracker as you normally would at night, making sure it is snug on your wrist. If you get 2 chunks of sleep, the next night try to sleep with the tracker on your non-dominant hand.
I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else.
