Versa's back red light stays on after last firmware update

Tried to restart, shutdown & factory reset, but the light stays on still

So is the watch dead?

Welcome to the forum. I'm sorry to hear you are having an issue with your Versa. Can you please tell me more about what is happening so I can help you find a solution. For example, is it still tracking your steps, heart rate and keeping accurate time? 

The more information you can provide the better.

Hi @MarciM 

Yes, I believe the watch is functioning normally.

Steps & heart rate seems accurate

Time is accurate

But battery is draining out very fast. It can't last half a day now.

I wonder if the Active Zone function is causing the red light problem.

I know you said you already tried a restart and a factory reset, but would you mind trying several restarts in a row. Hold down the button 10+ seconds until you see the Fitbit logo, let it fully restart and then do it again and once more. It the issue persists, I would suggest contacting customer support HERE

Fingers crossed the multiple restarts does the trick.
