Chat was less than helpful; I'm feeling frustrated because my 1st Versa fell apart in less than a year so Fitbit replaced it, now I am 10 months on the 2nd watch and heart rate is way high which messes up all the numbers, the person on chat was very obvious to not caring. Anyone have suggestions for solutions?
