Versa reminders to move

I have reminders to move turned on but I'm not getting the reminders 10 min before the hour even when I've not hit my 250 steps.???  Versa Special Edition.  LG G6 phone.  Other notifications are working.

I was just wondering about that! I have mine set up too, but no notifications.  Though I do get a notification once i've hit my hourly goal, but if I don't actively look at my goal on my watch, how will I know I need to get off my butt!? Sometimes I get too busy to remember to look at my watch! 😞

Okay wait.  I just turned them off in my app and then turned them back on which seems to have solved the notification problem, BUT now I can't see how many steps i've already gotten for the current hour. It just tells me how many hours I've actually hit my goal. If that makes sense?

When you see the how many hours you've hit your goal, swipe right and it will change to how many steps this hour.

That wasn't an option, and I think it's because I hit my goal for that hour?

Yes, once you hit your goal it only displays day progress wheel.

I've been experiencing this periodically as well. Basically I'll only get 1/2 to 1/3 of the movement reminders.

All other notifications working fine.

Just now my reminders have stopped. They were working all the way up to this afternoon and now they stopped. This is so frustrating. Yesterday it didn’t record one of my hours so I was short one when I synce it on my phone. I hope they fix this. I did post a similar comment on another post and a Fitbit moderator said there are no plans to fix this. I find this answer unacceptable. We spent $200+ for these devices, so yes, I expect everything to work.

Experiencing the same here. Just got mine a few days ago and haven't received ANY reminders to move. Thankfully, I get up and move out of habit now but I hate missing an hour because I get zoned in at work on a project. The little 'buzz' on my wrist was very helpful in those situations to get me to meet the mark.

Same problem on my versa lite. I had no problem on the Inspire. Frustrating.

I have an Alta.  Sometimes I get the vibration to move and sometimes not.  Sometimes I get a vibration when I've hit my 250 steps and sometimes not.  I think this problem has been going on for a while in the Fitbit community.  Very annoying!
