Versa-removed app from phone and now reinstalled- will not sync

I deleted my Fitbit app from my phone, I’ve now reinstalled it and my Fitbit will not sync. I’ve tried switching Bluetooth off and on. Any other ideas to get my firbit synced please? Thanks

Hi @NicolaOBee  First off I would uninstall the app and reinstall it and log back in again. Then restart your Versa several times and try syncing. If it still wont sync try THIS Help Article on syncing problems.
