Hi all-
My Versa crashed in the middle of the day today (no previous problems of this kind) at 80% battery. No luck resetting with the buttons holding for any length of time. Plugged it in and it immediately turned back on, registering battery where I thought it was. Put it on to go for a run, and it crashed again ~ half mile in. Plugged it in to turn on again when I got back and it stayed on for another hour or so. After that, it kept repeatedly crashing, sometimes rebooting on its own and sometimes needing the charger. I did a full factory reset, deleted and redownloaded the app, and updated my iPhone. Still crashing unexpectedly. Additionally, in the post- reset set up, the phone won't pair to wifi. It will pair via bluetooth at least by syncing data, but there seems to be some additional pairing problem because it says there's no connection when I try to change the face or do anything through the app. Computer initially paired fine as long as the watch was alive and not crashed, which is continuing to be an issue, but now it says that an unknown error occurred. The watch face won't update the time or anything either, so it seems like a syncing issue generally. Thanks for your help on this.

@HollyG1 welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it crashes and it's experiencing syncing issues now. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.
Please try removing your Versa from the Bluetooth devices of your phone. After this, please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains some of the steps that you already tried but you can skip them since you already tried them before.
Finally, try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit and see if the issues get fixed.
Keep me posted on the outcome!
