Versa restarting continuously after a Factory Reset.

My Fitbit Versa  was not syncing then I did a factory reset but now it keeps restarting repeatedly and there no way I can understand how to fix it. even the Delhi Service centre number is not legit and I couldn't contact anyone in India for its Service.
