For the past 2-3 weeks, my Fitbit Versa intermittently restarts itself. Then, when I try to swipe to either see notifications or change settings, it won’t work unless I reset it manually. I thought it was a software issue, but everything is up to date. I’ve even factory reset it three times and it still does the same thing. Is anyone else experiencing this?

In order to avoid providing the same information, let us know how the factory reset was performed. Was it done on your device by going to the Settings app > About > Factory Reset or Clear User Data?

Yes,
I selected "factory reset" using that method 5+ times.
