So i was so excited about this whole Versa thing and i ordered it,got it, tried it. It didnt work as advertised. No phone calls could be accepted, no message reply or anything "smart" on the watch. So i returned it. Customer service told me it would take 5-7 days to refund you back. Time.pased but no refund yet. Asked them again, ooh it will take 7-10 and than it became 10-15. Even 15 BUSINESS days passed no refund no product. They have received the watch back why arent they refunding me back? This is the worst return i have ever had.

As fellow Fitbit user on the community we really can not help much .
We can ask you to contact Fitbit .It sounds as if this has already been done.
Another step to do is contact the service used to ship the tracker. With the tracking number they may be able to provide a signature of the person accepting the package at Fitbit.

Oh wow! That’s super messed up. Did you try to call them or contact them as to why it’s taking so long for your refund? Could they have mistaken you and sent a replacement instead??

From your post your returned it with out talking to support in the first place?
Did you get tracking for the way back? As that will be the only way to prove it

Yes i have contacted support over 15 times for the same issue. They are saying case has been escalated to the refund department. And that they will leave a note to speed up the process. Also i didnt reorder new one.

Yes i followed their steps of printing a label packing back the product and droping it off at fed ex location.
I did and i give them the number every time i talk to customer service, they already have the versa and they are confirming that.
Its just the refund part that takes way to long.
