Versa running distance inaccurate

Recently have noticed the distance is not matching with what I’m actually running. It’s causing the pace to be much slower and therefore is not useful to use. 
Is there a way to have the watch serviced?

Its big known problem that doesn't look like its getting fixed any time soon i'm afraid. There's a big thread here:
