Following the continuing Bluetooth connection issues after updates I was forced to factory reset
now the Versa runs like a 1970’s era computer, it’s so slow with a several second lag after pressing any button or screen action
oh and guess what, it still won’t connect
was working fine before previous updates
so frustrating I think I’m going to hit it hard with a hammer as I don’t want to give this junk to anyone else
support is terrible, 2nd Versa fault, last one died, this is next to useless and less than 8 months old and yet large reseller won’t replace and support is as much use as a chocolate fireguard

Please let me know how the factory reset was performed. In the meantime, try a regular restart. To do so on your device, follow the steps listed in this help article. After this, monitor your watch and see if the issue gets fixed.
