Hi,
I have the Versa 2 and have just started couch to 5K, I always make sure my phone and fitbit are connected when I set out but I’ve noticed throughout my run it’ll say connecting and my maps at the end are all over the place.
If my husband and I go for a walk (he has a Versa) his stays connected the whole time whereas mine connects and reconnects so our distances are always way out.
My GPS on my phone isn’t the best after having my phone repaired (iPhone 6s) but to me my phone should always stay connected as the connection is via Bluetooth.
Any advice would be greatly frustrated as I feel it’ll take me hours to run 5K at this rate 😁

Hi @GemmaH82, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that the GPS feature of your Versa 2 doesn't stay connected properly. I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
Please restart your Versa as described in this help article. After this, check out this help page, which explains how the GPS works on your Fitbit device. It also contains some troubleshooting steps for you to try. Finally, monitor your watch and see if the issue gets fixed.
