Hi everyone.
I have a Versa 2 which I received last week. I have found that when I am on a bike ride it doesn't track the route correctly. It will either track half of it and then stop or it will just show a straight line from one point to another even over rivers or places you cannot bike. I have checked the following settings -
Making sure my phone location is on
Making sure my phone does not quit apps in the background
Making sure that my 4G is on and wifi connecting is off so it doesn't disconnect
Making sure that I have power saver mode off on my phone
Ensuring that it says 'connected' on my watch for the whole time I am riding (including checking ym phone whilst riding to see that the fitbit notification is still there saying 'GPS running'
I have been on a few bike rides with my sister who also has a Versa watch and hers seem to be tracking correctly. Obviously as it is not tracking the whole route it means the KM and other stats are all incorrect too when comparing with hers. We have also checked all of her settings against mine on the fitbit app and made sure they are the same.
Is there anything else that I should check?
Any help greatly appreciated.
