Thanks for bringing this up. Let me help you with your Versa.
I will be moving this thread to the Versa board as I think it is better suited for the thread.
The very first thing I'd like to recommend that you try to restart your Versa. That will help so that the screen starts working.
In the meantime I'd like to ask you some questions:
