Versa's Silent Alarms not working consistently

I have had my Fitbit Versa just over two weeks and in that two weeks, it has failed to alarm twice. This morning it alarmed at a time I didn't have set for it to alarm. This is my only major complaint. Anyone else having the same issue? I have set both of these alarms local on the device and not via an app or anything.

My versa has stopped letting me access the alarm screen. When I select it displays alarm logo then fitbit logo then goes back to watch face. Have restarted several times, any suggestion?

Hi! I had been having this issue as well. I thought it might be because I keep my phone on silent a lot and have do not disturb set up for while I'm sleeping (on my phone specifically). 

So I took a look at the settings, and if you go into the fitbit app:

Press on your picture in the upper left corner

Go to the device you use and press that

Scroll down until you can see the general settings and choose "notifications" 

Under vibration settings, there is a slider for "always vibrate". Turn that on. 

Resync your fitbit and see if that helps!!

 

It worked for me right after, but I will update if it stops working again. I hope this might be helpful!
