I'm not sure if this is a Versa problem or a weather app problem. Right now I have one city in the weather app, but the city showing on the Versa is different. I have tried all the usual troubleshooting actions that are always given for any problem but nothing is working.

@SunsetRunner Welcome to the Fitbit Community! I hope you're doing well! I would start by opening the weather app on the Versa then start syncing it with your phone (don't close the weather app on your watch). Make sure you have bluetooth and GPS on on your phone. If this doesn't work then restart your phone, remove all bluetooth devices listed in the bluetooth settings area and restart your Versa by doing the following:
1.- Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
2.- Let go of the buttons.
3.- If your Fitbit watch doesn't work normally, use the instructions in How do I turn off my Fitbit device? to turn your watch off and on again.
Let me know how it goes!

Thank you @AlvaroFitbit, but none of your suggestions worked. I have two cities in the weather app and the default current location is also there. But for some reason it doesn't always show my current location.

@SunsetRunner sorry for the delay! You could try removing the weather app from your Versa, restart it and your phone and install it again. After this re-enter your locations.
Please keep me posted!

Thank you @AlvaroFitbit, uninstalling, reintalling, restarting etc, etc is my go to move when things start acting up, but when it doesn't stay fixed, it's not a permanent fix, which leads me to believe the problem lies elsewhere. I have actually returned my Versa because there were just too many problems. I had done numerous restarts and factory resets to no avail. But mostly it would not connect or stay connected to Bluetooth, which made all my stats wrong. I went back to my Charge 2.

@SunsetRunner really sorry to hear that! Thank you for taking the time to try all the troubleshoots you mentioned and I hope your Charge 2 helps you stay focused so you can reach your fitness goals.
I'll be around!

it worked for me. Ty ssm
i tried everything adviced on this comunity for the last 2months and had already lost hope in fixing my location on my versa but finally got it right this time. I connected my fitbit to my phone and open the app on my watch and after a few seconds it changed to my current location. I always had it set to my current location but never tried to force both devices to stay connected while on the app, mayve it was that...
