For the past couple of weeks, I have noticed that some days my active minutes disappear. My Fitbit will sync and the minutes will show up. If I sync later in the day, they will disappear. I have no idea why but it is very frustrating. Over 300 minutes in the past 2 1/2 weeks have been erased. Help!

Regarding the active minutes issue that your Versa is experiencing, I would like to know if the issue persists or if it got resolved.
In the meantime, I'd like you to restart your Versa as described in this help article. After this, check out this help page, which explains how the active minutes are earned.
