Versa only works when it wants. It records some things then it goes away always fighting to get my  activities recorded. 

Very unhappy. This is my 5th Fitbit.

Let me help you with your Versa's activities disappearing. Which activities are you recording and for how long? Do they sync with your account? Try restarting your device and make sure it is syncing with your account.

How do u restart the Fitbit? What shows on the Fitbit does not sync on the app. Or it shows and then disappear.
