Versa's battery died

I purchased a  new versa fitbit on August 29,2018.  The battery seemed a bit weak at first and now its completely dead.  It cannot even be revived by charging it. Does anyone know how I can get my money back.  I purchased it though Amazon?

If you purchased through Amazon whether you get your money back or not depends on their refund policy. You should be able to get a replacement if you can't get a refund through Amazon, either via Amazon or via Fitbit Support (link in my signature)

Have you tried restarting it several times to see if that revives it?  Restart your tracker

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @Mcbike. I'll be glad to assist you with your Fitbit Versa inquiry.

As @NellyG mentioned, returning or refund depends on Amazon's policies.

In order to correct this error could you please follow these steps:

  •  Clean the charging contacts using the instructions in How do I clean my tracker?
  • If you haven't done so, try a different port. A UL-certified wall charger will also work. Don't use a USB hub.
  • Check the alignment and try reconnecting your tracker to the charging cable. For illustrations and tips on how to know if the connection is secure, see How do I charge my tracker?
  • You can also try what @NellyG advised.

Please let me know how it goes.

Thank you very much. I contacted Fitbit and should receive my replacement versa on Friday. That’s not bad. Thanks
