Hi. I can't charge my fitbit and it has depleted to 0%. I have tried having it plugged in for 30 minutes (including different power sources, that work well to charge my phone). I have also tried resetting by pressing all 3 buttons. Nothing makes it work. I have to say the device is very high maintenance for something that is supposed to make your life easier. All I have had since opening the pack is hours wasted on technical issue. Such a pity how an amazing concept is mired by poor execution.

I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. After this, charge your watch for 2-3 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.
