My versa initially I used to charge every 4-5 days but from last two months I’m charging every 2-3 days, I took last 8 months back, let me know solution

I tried the tips you suggested after my battery slowly deteriorated. Now my battery won't charge at all and my Versa is only 9 months old. I tried to find a way to get it replaced under warranty but the web page takes me in circles - warranty page says to click here to get a return authorization which takes you to a return policy page (no return authorization info) with a link to the warranty policy page that takes me back to where I started.

@nickim00 thank you for joining us in this thread and our Fitbit Community! By the way, I'm sorry for the late response. However, I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that you contacted via phone in regards the battery draining issue but there were some connection issues.
Due to this, let me go ahead and forward your case to them so they can investigate further and provide a solution. You will receive an email from them soon.
