my versa is not holding a charge.. in a matter of minutes it goes from 100 percent to 20 ..i cleaned the back and the charger...used the secondary charger turned off notificationsm.everything 

any suggestions.

Please try the tips that are listed in this help article in order to improve the battery life of your watch. Finally, monitor your Fitbit Versa and see if the issue gets fixed.
