Hi,
i am looking for some urgent help/suggestion. I bought the Fitbit versa through Flipkart great indian sale. The watch looks great and features are great too.. At first at some issues with syncing but now all is working fine except for the battery. On first day i understand there was a software update but then from next day it is not even giving me full 20 hours of charge or even less. As i read through all the suggestions in this forum. I did the below changes
1. I turned off the bluetooth
2. i turned off the all day sync
So stopped receiving any notification and also any call alarms but then the batter still drained out. Hence next i switched off " Screen Wake ". After this the battery stayed a little more i.e 25 to 26 hours. Is this normal ?
Please help as this is my first fitbit from my hard earned money. If i have to shut off all the applications and bluetooth then whats the point of having a smart watch ? I can get any fitness band which costs me under 1 to 2k

Hi @Reshma4u , restart your Versa three times by pressing and holding the left and right lower buttons together untill you see the Fitbit logo and release the keys. Normally this solves most of these problems. I will also flag you post to the Moderator Team since you bought the Fitbit versa through Flipkart great indian sale. One of them will soon contact you in this topic so keep a close look. Regards kuzibri

@Reshma4u A warm welcome to our Community!
Let me help you with your Versa's battery draining quickly and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Try cleaning the contacts using cotton with rubbing alcohol then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's usb port (try different ports) or use an UL listed usb wall adapter. After this, restart your device and see how it behaves. You can also find additional suggestions here.
@SunsetRunner thank you for your help in this thread.
Let me know how it goes.

I tried everything as suggested but unfortunately it is the same case. The charge is not even staying for 24 hours even. Is there a problem ?
