I received a replacement Fitbit versa a couple of months ago and it was working fine. Now, my Fitbit does after about 8 hours each day (before I can get to my workout), and it’s not registering my heart rate anymore. I’ve reset it a couple of times and cleaned the batter connectors with alcohol. After having a previous dysfunctional device, I’m almost ready to make a switch after several years with Fitbit. Seems shortcuts are being taken on quality lately.

I have a feeling the HR issue is from the update b/c I've never had a problem before now all of a sudden since the update I do.

Since the update, my battery lasts about the same. Really really sad as it's unusable now 😞
