Versa's battery drains fast

Hello,

I charged my fitbit around 7pm on Sunday night and woke up at 3:30am Tuesday morning and my Versa Fitbit is dead!!  What are you guys selling!! My husband just bought this for me in JUNE!!!!! I've noticed since I received it that the battery life only last like 3 days, if that. This is so unacceptable.

My fitbit Alta HR had a longer battery life then this! If this is an issue with the fitbit versa then you should let the consumer know so we can either switch to a different fitbit or get our money back. I don't even use the all the programs that it offers so I know it's nothing I am doing. I have been buying fitbits since they first came out and change every year to 2 years for a newer one. I don't know if I am going to continue using your devices. I am very upset about this!

@abcd4mom welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your Versa's battery is not lasting as long as it should. I totally understand how you feel about this since you mentioned that you don't use all the apps.

I'd like you to try the tips that are listed in this help article. These tips are helpful in order to extend the battery life of your Versa. After this, monitor the battery's behavior of your watch and see if it lasts longer.

Keep me posted on the outcome! Smiley Happy

I had the same problem. I had to change my watch face to a display that was a Fitbit display. I had been using one from a developer for a year and a half with no problems then suddenly it was killing my battery. Once I changed the display I have had no further problems. (This was the action taken after conferring with support at Fitbit).
