My Versa worked great for about 1.5 yrs. Now when I charge it (shows 100% on the charger), the battery drains completely within 10 minutes (black screen, won’t turn on). I’m guessing the batteries probably can’t be replaced. What are my options?

@bravesonn, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since the battery is draining fast. Regarding your inquiry, I'm afraid that the battery can't be replaced since it's built in.
However, I'd like you to try the tips that are listed in this help article in order to improve the battery life of your watch. Finally, charge your Versa completely and monitor the battery's behavior and see if the issue gets fixed.
Keep me posted on the outcome.

Thank you for the quick response! Unfortunately, I put it back on the charger overnight last night and this morning it’s still completely dead- black screen, even on the charger.
