Versa's battery drains fast

My Versa has abruptly gone from holding a charge for the better part of a week (approx 5 days) to hardly lasting 24 hours. This started on Thursday. Was there a firmware update released last week? Are others experiencing this issue? My device is less than a year old!

I'd like you to try the tips that are listed in this help article in order to improve the battery life of your Fitbit Versa. After this, monitor your watch and see if the issue gets fixed.

Hi JaunJo, unfortunately the settings suggested in the article did not help fix my battery issues. My versa is having trouble staying charged for 24 hours. There was an abrupt shift in battery life around Feb 20th - prior to then it easily held a charge for 5 days. I hadn’t (and haven’t) changed how I use or wear the device.
