Versa's battery drains fast

Did something change that now causes my battery to drop? I used to be able to wear it for 5 days no issue. I now wear it & 24 hours later I’m already less than 50%. Nothing I’ve done has changed. Did Fitbit do something? I’m beyond annoyed this is why I choose Fitbit because of battery life. I’ve had this versa (1st version) since they came out

Hi @Reann, due to the recent events, I apologize for the delayed response. However, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community.

I would like to follow up on the battery draining issue that your Fitbit Versa is experiencing. I totally understand how you feel about this.

Please follow the tips that are listed in this article in order to improve the battery life of your watch. After this, monitor your Versa for the next 24 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.

Keep me posted on the outcome.

same thing with mine too. Sunday night it was 100% and now it's down to 42% what is going on? Am I doing something wrong???

My Versa battery won't even last the day now. I'm charging three times a day and it dies overnight. This just started about 2 days ago. It's very annoying.

I already do every thing suggested to extend battery life. Just in the last 24 hours the battery now loses 5% PER HOUR, whereas I used to lose only 10% within a 24 hour period. Something has happened in the day or 2 that is affecting battery life drastically. Unacceptable. Please fix!!

More information. When it was at 67%, I put it in the charger. Within five minutes it jumped up to 100%.

I even turned the watch completely off, waited for a few minutes, then turned it back on.

Something definitely is not right here!
