Hi,
This is my third fitbit. I had 2 Versa, each didn't last a year. I "upgraded" to the Versa 2 and less than a year in the battery doesn't last 24hrs?
I've done the full charge, then left the watch sitting overnight. Just one night, doing nothing it lost of a charge of 48%.
I hope there is an explanation.
My intent is to ask for, yet another, refund.
I'm going with Garmin next.

Hi @Cichlid, due to the recent events, I apologize for the delayed response. However, let me welcome you to our Fitbit Community.
I'm sorry to hear that the battery of your Versa 2 is draining fast. I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
I'd like you to try the tips that are listed in this help article in order to improve the battery life of your watch. After this, monitor the battery's behavior and see if the issue gets fixed.
Keep me posted on the outcome.

My first Versa was replaced by Fitbit because it quit holding a charge. Now the second one that they sent me as a replacement is also draining very quickly. I am in the middle of a factory reset now; we'll see if that helps, but I don't have a lot of confidence, since this is the second one that has had these problems. I am considering switching to an Apple Watch. Too bad, because I'm happy with the features of the Versa, but Fitbit needs to resolve the battery issues.

Thank you JuanJoFitbit,
I have tried these tips.
I will try the factory reset option as stated by another user and see what happens.

I too was happy with fit bit. And, like you, I think I'll have to go with a different brand 😞
