Hi, got a brand new Versa as a gift for my birthday 2 weeks back and a few times I’ve found the battery drained when the watch is in the cradle left to charge. This can’t be happening to a brand new watch!!

I'm sorry to hear about the battery draining issues that your Fitbit Versa has experienced. I totally understand how you feel about this.
I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they sent you an email with some steps for you to try. Please reply to their email in case the issue persists and they'll be happy to follow up and assist you accordingly.
