So I have had my versa since Christmas of 2019. I have never had a problem with charging up until now. I have also been able to go days without charging even with all day sync on. I am a very active person so this feature is nice to have, syncing it all the time is a pain! But over the the last day or so it has been dying in just a day!!! It has never gotten wet, or dropped! Not sure what is going on!

Hi! Yes after speaking with one of your associates and going through multiple trouble shoots to try and get my fitbit to work, and learning that it was out of factory warranty, your associate was able to give me a discount code for 25% off a new fitbit. I purchased and received my new fitbit yesterday. While I still bothered that my old fitbit couldn't be fixed, I am pleased that the issue was solved!
