Hi
can anyone help me, I got my versa on Wednesday 27th May, and the battery doesn’t last 24 hours. I’ve turned off the usual things to help save it, but it’s still not helping! What can I do?

Please let me know if they are able to fix the problem, or how they made it right. I am on my second Fitbit Versa, the first one just died out of nowhere. They replaced it with a refurbished one in January. However it is now draining the battery very fast. I charge it to 100% and within 4 hours it is dead. I have turned all of the notifications off, and that seems to have no effect. In all honesty though, why would i want a watch that i cannot use all the features that i got it for.

I am also having these issues. However I noticed my watch is not staying connected to my WiFi and wasn’t sure if that was causing the drain in battery?
