Hi,
I have only had my fitbit versa for less than a year and it is not working right. I
On Wednesday of this week I went to the lake and wore my fitbit because it is waterproof. When I came home it had like aa purple blank screen on my fitbit like it was still on but wasn't showing anything. It would turn on and show me my real screen but when I turned off the screen that purplish blank screen would still be on. That night that screen went away but fitbit died just after I had charged which I thought was good thing because it got rid of that screen. Now thought if I charge it, it dies right away. It is maybe alive for an hour and it is dead. I don't know what I did wrong and why it is acting up. I did do the reset thing where you hold the 2 buttons in, but that does not seem to help. Like I said earlier it is still pretty new because it is not even a year old yet. Thank you for your help if you can help!😊
