Hi there, looks like this issue is happening to several users. I have been getting 4 days per charge but last week I started getting only one day per charge. Then yesterday, after being on the charger for a few hours, it only had 17%. I thought I hadn't connected it correctly so I put it back on. When I went to check on it an hour, it was completely dead and hot. I have had it less than two years and did not wear it often until April - covid tracking.
I read about the factory reset, but don't think that will work without a charge. Please help!
