Versa's battery drains fast

Hello all, 

I had a fitbit charge2 and upgraded to a versa (not sure how long ago). My versa has worked well for the most part and I love it. I have consistently gotten several days of battery life until recently. My battery will only last a few hours before my watch just shuts off. It is so frustrating 😞 I work at the hospital and would love for it to last my whole shift again! Please help. Thanks.

Hi @Melis7, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that the battery of your Fitbit Versa is draining fast. I totally understand how you feel about this.

Thank you for your reply. The watch is barely working now. The battery
won't hold the charge for longer than a few hours, it won't count my steps,
it has trouble syncing and it doesn't recognize the exercise I enter to
calculate distance/calories etc. I am looking forward to hearing from your
support team. I have purchased two charge2 watches in the past and minimal
issues. This was the 3rd fitbit watch I bought and this one seemed to have
some issues from the beginning. I'm wondering if it is the versa or just my
watch. I love my fitbit so hopefully the support team can help. Thanks
again!
